City Committees

Interested in getting involved in your community? Serving on a City commission or committee is a great way to contribute to your community. You must be a registered voter of Indian Wells to serve. Below are Fact Sheets that provide a brief description for each commission or committee, including tasks and meeting date & time. 

Public officials, include commission, committee and board members, file annual conflict of interest forms with the City Clerk’s office as required by State law (see each committee's Fact Sheet for filing requirement). In addition, State law requires public officials to have two (2) hours of ethics training every two years.

To be considered for appointment by the City Council, please complete an application and return it to the City Clerk’s Office no later than 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2018. The Council will make the appointments at the December 13, 2018 City Council meeting.
